No. If a course is an interactive course, it is not limited to being counted as home study hours. Home study education does not include a web-based, satellite transmitted or online instruction program that allows or requires the licensee to interact or communicate back and forth with the instructor during the presentation of the program. You may search in CE Broker for “Web-based Program (opportunity for interaction with presenter/host)”.
