Summary:
The bill authorizes occupational therapists to perform dry needling, and establishes the minimum experience, education, and training requirements. The Department of Health must submit a one-time report to the legislature on or before December 31, 2028, to include the number of occupational therapists in the state performing dry needling and adverse incidents involving dry needling.
